Thank you for taking the initiative to serve on The Hill. Serving the Lord through a church ministry brings soul-stirring joy and confidence that you are obeying Christ with your gifts. Then there are the by-products of new friendships and deepened fellowship with other believers. Your participation in the ministry of The Hill helps us in our mission to Awaken People from Death to Life in Christ.
The first step to becoming a volunteer is to complete the Volunteer Ministry Application. Soon after you’ve returned your application, you’ll be contacted by one of our ministry leaders, who will help you with the next steps.

Additional Prerequisites for Teaching & Leading Positions
- Member of Harmony Hill Baptist Church
- Complete an in-person interview

- Be committed to your assigned position

- Show hospitality to our guests
- Have the attitude of a servant-leader
- Communicate effectively with your assigned supervisor
- Be committed to prayer and time in the Word
