If you have decided to follow Christ, one of your next steps is to be baptized. Baptism represents what Jesus did for each of us on the cross. We are buried with Christ and raised to walk
in new Life.
Where do I begin?
First, contact the church office at (936) 632-1350 and let us know you are ready for baptism.
What comes next?
We will schedule baptism counseling for you with one of our Pastors. This is a time for you to share your testimony and ask questions if you have any.
When can I be baptized?
After baptism counseling, we will save your written testimony and schedule a date and time for your baptism.
My baptism is scheduled, now what?
You will receive instructions for your baptism and a reminder beforehand. On the day of your baptism, you will meet with the pastor 30 minutes before service that morning.
Resources
After you are baptized, a DVD and certificate will be mailed to you. In addition, we will have a photographer capture this special moment.
